1. Custom-Made Products

Since our security screens are made-to-measure for your specific doors and windows, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to repair or replace the item at no extra cost.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted due to custom manufacturing processes.

4. Inspection & Approval

We recommend inspecting your product immediately upon delivery or installation. Any issues should be reported promptly to ensure timely resolution.

5. Refunds

Refunds for approved returns or cancellations will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days after the item is received or the cancellation is confirmed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as installed screens or accessories may be non-returnable.
